It wasn't just any regular night at the MGM Grand casino it was the night the 5 sons of the billionaire Alfred Hunter the inventor of the toothbrush. The 5 sons were there to celebrate one of their 21st birthdays. The son  whose 21st birthday  went by the name Rico. As soon as the sun went down the boys went straight to the blackjack tables. The MGM Grand casino manager knew who these boys were and knew  their large sum  of money and small knowledge of gambling techniques could win the casino a lot of money so he decided to watch them and do whatever he could to take their large fortune. As the night went on so did the partying, drink after drink these boys consumed making them even more reckless and  unstrategic  with their gambling. The manager knew it was his time to strike. The manager walked over to the group of boys and congratulated Rico on turning 21. He then went on to offer them a private gambling room with double the stakes as a birthday present to Rico. When he was younger Hanuman grabbed at the sun thinking it was a fruit and got stronger and saved Sugria from an Elephant. Sugria was exiled from the kingdom into the forest to Hanuman went with him. In the forest is where he met Rama and Lakshman. He brought Rama back to Sugria to talk. Sugria tells Rama about the story of how he trapped Vali his brother into a cage so Sugria could take the throne but now Vali has escaped and wants to kill Sugria. Rama says he will help Sugria by killing Vali and letting Sugria take the throne again. Once on throne, Sugria sends Hanuman and the monkeys to go help find Sita. While Hanuman is searching he goes atop a mountain to see someone who is friends with his father. Hanuman finds Ravana's kingdom and watches him and his many wives as he looks for Sita. He discovers Sita for she is the only one not giving herself to Ravana. When no one is looking Hanuman talks to Sita and gives her Rama's ring. Hanuman offers to take Sita away but she refus

My childhood bedroom looked like a kid's bedroom was mixed in with a 1980's western movie. When you walk in the first thing you see is my big cow rug. I don't know why I had a big cow rug because it's not like I had a ranch or that I lived out on a farm but I had one. The next thing you would see was my bunk beds pushed up against the wall. The sheets were navy blue and the bed frame was wood that was shaped like a tree. If you looked upon the ceiling I had those super cheesy glow up stars that would light up at night. The last important thing I had was a small tv placed in the corner. The tv had no function except to play games on my GameCube which I would play pretty much everyday.

I decided to read "Nachiketa a collection of stories from the Upanishads". The first story is about a boy named Nachiketa who is occupied with a bunch of spiritual questions. One day when the boy's pet deer dies he wonders if there is life after death. His dad gets furious at him and sends him down to the god of death Yama. Down there Yama grants the boy three wishes. The boy's three wishes were to make his father happier, for him to be rode of hunger and thirst and for Yama to answer the question if there is life after death. After the boy gets his wishes he is sent back home. Another story is about a different young boy named Satyakama who goes and studies Gautama. Once upon a time in a jungle far far away lived a monkey named King Kong who was the strongest and most powerful monkey in the jungle kingdom. King Kong lived his life in servitude by leading his tribe to glory and happiness. One day King Kong began to notice that his wife was bringing him a lot of joy, however, King Kong believed that it was selfish for him to experience any type of joy or pleasure for all of that should be reserved for his tribe. With this in mind, King Kong decided to ban his wife from the tribe forever. King Kong's wife Blitz was heartbroken and ran off to the deep dark jungle to find a place to stay. The story begins with Sajina who falls in love with the sun god. Sajina's father arranges a wedding for them and they get married. Sajina and the sun god have kids but sajina runs away because she is blinded by the light. The sun god gets mad and curses Sajina to give birth to the god of death. Sajina makes a shadow of herself to spend time with the sun god. The sun god finds out but takes back sajina and the shadow and they all three live a happy life.

The Story starts at the very end of the normal Ramayan story. Rama exiles his wife Sita when she is pregnant because Rama believed that he should have no happiness and all happiness should be for his people. So Sita goes and takes refuge at some person's house where she has two twin boys. The person tells the twins all the story's about Rama but leaves out that Rama is their father. One day when Rama was to perform a horse ritual the horse ran away and the twins caught it. Rama sends multiple people to go get the horse back but every time they get defeated. One thing about this class that I need to fix is my time management. I need to not wait until Sunday night to finish all my assignments for this class because I have a lot of other work to do on Sundays. For example, I had to study for a test last night and wasn't able to finish one of my assignments because of it.

The thing about browser typing is that it's super quick and easy to navigate back to webpages. Instead of having to go back and re-copy or re-type something into google I can just find the website I need back in my bookmarks.

The one topic I enjoyed the most was the story about the Crocodile and the monkey. I enjoyed this topic the most because I believe it's the most similar to an American children's story and it reminds me of stories I used to read. Another version of the story is that there was a mother crocodile who told her son to fetch a monkey heart for her instead of telling her lover. The son then swims to shore and tells the monkey about an Island with fresh mangos and that he would take the monkey there on his back. The other version had the male crocodile sit on a rock and wait for the monkey to step on the rock. The other version the monkey hops on the crocodiles back and then when they are in the middle of the river the crocodile tells him he's going to rip out his heart. The monkey tells the crocodile he left his heart back onshore and that they need to go get it. When they get to shore the monkey runs away leaving the crocodile son weeping.
